We will always endeavour to make your special occasion a memorable one. My name is Christine Saunders and alongside my brother Mike Freeman, we believe we have formed a unique partnership. With my role as ‘front of house’ and Mike’s good quality, traditional home cooking, we have found the 'recipe' for our success.
Mike is a very experienced Chef of 35 years. His working life has been varied and interesting. He has travelled far, working both home and away, also on many ships including the famous QE2.
I trained as a Secretary and later worked for a Wine & Spirit Company in Marshfield. Taking a career break when my children were born and later returning to work locally at Inmos.
In 1994 my husband (also called Mike) and I decided on a change of career, and went into the Licensed Trade. We had various pubs and clubs in the Newport area including: - - The Ferns Club, Newport
- The Port O’Call, Marshfield
- Tredegar Park Golf Club, Rogerstone.
It was at the Ferns that my brother Mike and I first came together as a team and henceforth developed a very successful catering business.
We have a wealth of catering and hospitality experience to offer you.
